Toyota Zambia partnered with Brand Meridian to address a critical safety recall. The campaign’s goal was to raise urgent awareness of TAKATA airbags and drive vehicle owners to book free inspections and replacements of defective airbags. Our strategy reframed the issue into an owner empowerment campaign: CHECK, BOOK, PROTECT.
